10-person dragon boats are completely new to the Harvard team
Since they're used to 20-person boats, not including the drummer and the steerer
The local media was vastly different than anything they knew
And the media loved the Harvard team, especially their Chinese-speaking captain
Compared to the skill of the local teams, the Harvard team of grad students was almost amateur, but they still celebrated every accomplishment
Because they're nerds, who got to go to China
In China, where everything is just slightly different, but completely normal by Chinese standards
Rain or shine, it was still a trip to remember
